A 3 bedroom family home tucked away on a leafy suburban section. The layout of the original house responded poorly to both sun path and orientation and turned its back on the tree-filled green reserve beyond.

The house was radically re-planned, rearranging accommodation so that the main living areas now have the dual aspect views and open onto outdoor dining, swimming and lounging areas. Internal sight lines were also prioritised so that the feeling of internal space is maximised and allowing an easy flow for the everyday life and activities of the household. A large sliding door creates a cosy TV room when closed but adds space and volume when open.
